Ecoscape is unique in its structure as an employee owned and operated organisation.

We believe that our ownership structure is one of the factors that has supported Ecoscape to thrive and consistently deliver quality results that benefit the communities we work with. Ownership of Ecoscape’s culture, reputation, quality assurance and the projects we deliver runs deeper in Ecoscape because team members behave like owners rather than employees.

The Ecoscape team comprises of a multi-disciplinary group of landscape architects, ecologists, zoologists, botanists, spatial planners and spatial analysts.

Our leaders

Our executive team comprises Company Directors Nicole Croudace and Patrick Jordan, who are supported by Principal Ecologist Lyn Atkins, Principal Landscape Architect Francis Kotai, and Principal Botanist Stephen Kern. This leadership team drives our vision, ensuring that Ecoscape continues to thrive and deliver for our clients.
