In the pursuit of knowledge and innovation, we encourage all staff to join their relevant industry body or institute and make the most of opportunities to access professional development and build relationships. Whether you’re a landscape architect, environmental scientist or in a support service role, Ecoscape will reimburse the annual fee of your professional membership as soon as you pass probation.

Depending on your role, there might be additional requirements to make sure you are safe and connected on-site or in the field. Ecoscape has a variety of allowances to assist in ensuring you have the tools and equipment necessary to do your best work.

At Ecoscape value your wellbeing and mental health – but sometimes we all need a little expert help. Instant access to our EAP provides high quality, professional counselling services for Ecoscape employees and their families to use confidentially, voluntarily and completely free of charge. Qualified counsellors can assist in finding initial solutions or strategies to deal with personal or work-related issues, with a focus on services which encourage wellbeing, engagement and empowerment in the workplace.

Ecoscape offers eligible staff the opportunity to purchase an electronic device or work-related item that is exempt from fringe benefits tax, extra superannuation payments, or purchase up to two weeks of additional Annual Leave every year.
