Ecologists play a vital role in understanding the complex relationships between living organisms and their environment, from individual species to entire ecosystems.
Ecologists study the complex relationships between living organisms and their environment, from individual species to entire ecosystems, to understand how they interact and function.
Ecoscape employs ecologists to work within our science and design teams. They work in parallel with our botanists and zoologists across a range of projects with varied clients and provide a scientific lens to design projects.
Our ecologists conduct fieldwork, collect and analyse data, consider and respond to impacts on the environment and prepare technical reports to prepare meaningful information that assists decision-making agencies and clients. They work with our design team to ensure our design solutions are grounded in science and strengthen our approach to urban ecological biodiversity.
