Ecoscape’s spatial planners are adept at analysing and presenting spatial data through cartography and design to all stages of project development. Spatial planning is also an integral resource to our environmental consultants and landscape architects.
Ecoscape is a multi-disciplinary team that work in an integrated approach to deliver best practice outcomes for the client and the environment. We integrate environmental science and landscape architecture through the process of spatial planning and the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Our Spatial Planning team have a high level of technical ability and a keen eye for cartographic presentation and design, these skills are used at all project stages from desktop and site analysis to management outcomes. This is achieved by analysing and illustrating the spatial relationships between landscape features and ultimately the opportunities and constraints of a project through illustrative maps, photo montages and 3D fly-throughs.
