Woodman Point Wastewater Treatment Plant

As part of the upgrading of the Woodman Point Waste Water Treatment Plant, Ecoscape prepared a landscape definition study of the site.

The landscape definition study was aimed at assisting decision making for the site and scale of the proposed new wastewater treatment plant. The landscape definition study addressed the site’s landform, vegetation, flora and fauna, land use and zoning, cultural values including European and Aboriginal heritage, visual amenity and visual resources of the site. The report identified a series of opportunities and constraints associated with the redevelopment of the wastewater plant with respect to the landscape and the site’s biota.
