This picturesque sheltered coastline has a rich Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal history, and a floral diversity unique to the coastal areas of southwest WA. Although on the western coast, the park faces east and the moon can be seen rising over the waters of the Bay.
Ecoscape prepared an Interpretation Plan for this 571 hectare park to promote education of the visiting public about the landscape values and promote stewardship. The planning process included the community through site visits and a workshop. The Interpretation Plan provided themes, recommendations and detailed design for a range of interpretive approaches.
