Eastern Terminal to Wells Terminal

Approximately 90km of an existing 132 kV transmission line from Wells Terminal near Boddington to the proposed Eastern Terminal near Hacketts Gully was surveyed for flora and vegetation and fauna values, prior to a 330kV upgrade.

A Level 1 and 2 flora and vegetation survey was conducted assessing proposed tower locations for the presence of Declared Rare and Priority Flora species, with the route surveyed for weed cover, the presence of significant weeds, and other environmental values. Bamford Consulting Ecologists conducted a Level 1 fauna survey, indicated that a total of 119 vertebrate fauna species may occur regularly in the study area.
